When working with each individual, Lexi gives them the space to access their own wisdom and know their truth. This is achieved by collaborating on how to make the hard stuff easier to sit with. She takes a Person-centered approach while incorporating Mindfulness and an acknowledgment that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected. Lexi recognizes the importance of creativity and how it can enhance the counseling experience, and this is achieved by incorporating art, music, play, and sand tray work.
Lexi has experience working with concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, attachment wounds, ADHD, Autism spectrum disorder, and behavioral concerns in children, adolescents, and adults. By meeting each individual where they are at with a nonjudgmental and compassionate approach Lexi hopes to create a welcoming counseling environment for any individual no matter their background or life experiences.
