
Trisha has had the pleasure of working with a broad spectrum of clients, in a wide range of settings including schools, mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, and non-profit organizations. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of challenges.
Trisha’s scope of work includes but is not limited to, depression & anxiety (general & postpartum), stress & burn-out management, life transitions, motivational enrichment, parenting, conflict resolution, anger management, and building low esteem.
Trisha provides a non-judgmental and safe place that allows you to process your feelings, and identify healthy coping skills.
